Truemed. How to save on your membership at Harvest CrossFit with HSA/FSA funds. Truemed is easy, follow these steps!
Take a 2 minute evaluation survey from Truemed that will be reviewed by a licensed practitioner for $30.
If eligible, Truemed's licensed practitioners will issue you a Letter of Medical Necessity (similar to a doctor writing a prescription). The letter can cover 12 months of reimbursements!
Truemed will send you instructions to obtain reimbursement from your HSA/FSA administrators.
Active&Fit and Silver&Fit Supplement Membership Fees {Use this link if your employer partners with ActiveAndFit!}
Active&Fit will pay for up to $120 of your membership and Silver&Fit will pay up to $100!
Register and Login to ActiveAndFitDirect.com to choose Harvest CrossFit as your Premier facility. You will be directed to the corresponding program that suits your eligibility. Once Harvest is chosen as your Premier facility, you will begin paying Active&Fit for your membership. They will pay for up to $120 of your membership at Harvest. Remaining balance will be paid directly to HCF.
