Harvest Basics

Four 1-on-1 or small group sessions to introduce athletes to the foundational movements of CrossFit. Required by new athletes to join the Harvest CrossFit community. Price includes four, 1-hour sessions + unlimited classes for the remainder of the calendar month.

 

Harvest Foundations

Learn the foundations of CrossFit in a class setting with other beginners! 4 weeks, two hour-long sessions per week. 

 

Personal Training

Maybe you’re not the group fitness type or you want more specific training and coaching on top of your current membership - this is a 1-on-1 experience that, with consistency, will get you the results you want!

Open Gym Programming

Do you have a goal to refine or learn a skill that doesn’t show up in programming as much as you’d like? You’ll get a half-hour session with a Coach to first assess your current ability, and then provide a program with specific warm up and drills to practice on your own during scheduled open gym times.

Accountability

We’ve all done it - we’ve made the New Year’s Resolution to go to the gym or eat healthier. That’s awesome, but by the time the Superbowl rolls around, we haven’t gone to the gym in weeks and the celebratory food is just the beginning of more tempting celebrations like Valentine’s Day, Easter, Birthdays, 4th of July, Weddings, BBQs, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and then we’re back to square one. We get it! And that’s why we’re here for you! Consistency and motivation are key in achieving your goals and we will provide you with both.

We’ll help you create an action plan to achieve your goals and we will be the ones to hold you accountable to achieving them! Using the communication and motivation that works best for you, we will customize a plan with daily or weekly check-ins to keep you on track.
