CrossFit is Constantly Varied, Functional Movements, performed at High Intensity. Expect a general warm up and stretching, ample instruction, the scored portion of your workout, and a brief cool down. The workouts are programmed for you. We make sure everyone understands how to scale and load the movements. Our athletes just show up, follow instructions and work hard. We do all the thinking! 


Harvest Basics

Four 1-on-1 or small group sessions to introduce athletes to the foundational movements of CrossFit. Required by new athletes to join the Harvest CrossFit community. $250 for the four sessions + unlimited classes for the remainder of the month after completing the introduction.


Harvest Foundations

Learn the foundations of CrossFit in a class setting with other beginners! 6 weeks, two hour-long sessions per week. 


Personal Training

$65/session- 4 session minimum or 8 half-hour sessions $260 

Open Gym Programming

Do you have a goal to refine or learn a skill that doesn’t show up in programming as much as you’d like? We’ll give you a half-hour session with a Coach to first assess your current ability, and then provide a program with specific warm up and drills to practice on your own during scheduled open gym times.
