This is just a quick nutrition thought to consider.

I’ll often hear people say of their food choices, “Well this is all there was so it’s better than nothing.” If you are an American living in 2019, that better-than-nothing idea is literally never true. Actually it’s purely false. In all cases, eating nothing would be better than eating that thing you’re trying to justify. Either own up and understand that it’s a poor food choice and eat it or skip it. You’re a wealthy and blessed person and can find a good choice elsewhere at a later time. Hunger isn’t an emergency and you won’t starve!
