Today |wednesday| MacLarin: A. Beat me by 5 reps in the workout, which she scaled up the kb weight and used the same weight as me. B. We did the split jerk workout from crossfit.com in the afternoon. My shoulders hurt so I stopped at 145#. MacLarin hit 145# and attempted 155# several times. In the double unders finisher, she beat me by 17 reps. I don't mind though, I'm proud of her!
