Monday, I made this stuff. We’ve gotten a lot of zucchini in our CSA deliveries. I recommend making it with tomatoes from a place other than the store! You really can’t screw it up, but it does take some prep time like an hour or so. Took me 1.5 hours, but we’ll eat it all week. I tried to make a video about it, but it sucked. You should just watch the video I watched and pretend it’s me cooking in some expensive super kitchen.
Also, you should probably listen to my nutrition advice. @harvestcrossfit got another re-tweet from @CrossFit. It’s going to be a little cramped in the gym. It might be tough to fit everyone in there with my head.
