Hopefully you’ve seen the announcement of our 5-year anniversary party! Rather than the typical HCF blowout, we decided that nothing would make us happier than a super fun (and sadistic) three person team event! Saturday July 13! 9am. Teams of 3 men or women, no divisions, just community suffering.. I mean fitness.. 3 events and a potluck! Check out the website for registration and RSVP to the party! Oh and it’s open to anyone who’s ever trained at HCF, so someone invite like Bryan McMullin and Stephanie Johnson, or John Dhiel.
