Warm Up//

General Cardio until you break a sweat (jog, bike, jump rope, etc.)

10 Groiners. Quad Stretch. 5-10 pause squat. 10 air squat. 10 Therapy (wall facing) squats

10 PVC pass through. As many Overhead squats as needed to feel good about overhead squats

Practice Half V- Sit ups.

Kids//

As many rounds as you can while mom or dad does their workout

7 Hug Squats

10 Half V-Sit-Up

10 Tuck Jumps
