Warm Up//

Jog or jump rope 5:00

10 box step ups/ 10 box jumps, or building tuck jumps

scap pull ups- kipping- knee raises- toes to bar

Push ups. 1-2-3-4-5

as many box jumps as needed to warm up

Kids WOD//

at the beginning of every minute for 10:00, if you cant finish all the work in the minute, finish the work but rest until the next minute.

5 Sit ups

7 Tuck jumps

9 Push ups
