The Harvest CrossFit May Marathon benefitting Compassion First is May 22nd! We will begin the marathon at 9am, but will meet at the gym at 8am to warm up and hear from Valerie Bellamy tell us a bit about what Compassion First is up to. Please invite your friends and even your kids if they want to participate. Our goal is for 80 people to participate! You will need to register each person individually, so if it is an additional family member that is not already on your account, they won’t sign in, but sign up as a guest under “sign up now”.

MURPH! May 31st

We will have an adjusted schedule with bigger blocks of time to come in and do this workout on Memorial Day! I’ll be posting those times next week.

If you have friends that want to come try Murph, they can, but they need to sign a waiver and plan to do a scaled version cleared by the Coach before starting.
Like usual, we’ll have different versions you may do. Partner and Mini Murph are both alternatives to the workout.

Let’s have a potluck at 5pm under the tent!!! No matter what time you do Murph at during the day, come back at 5pm with some food to share! We’ll celebrate our accomplishments together with food!
