Onramp Class!
Want to finish strong at shred city and seamlessly transition to harvest in the spring? join us for our onramp class that will show you how we operate in our class format, lingo, and movements!

HIT Class!
Do barbells make you nervous? Do you hate running? Then this is the class for you! in a circuit-style class, We use body weight movements, free weights and a few cardio machines (no treadmills!) to get a great sweat leaving you feeling happy and healthy!

Get a Baseline
do you want to change your body composition? well, you came to the right place! but first… let’s find out where we’re starting from so we can celebrate your progress with hard facts! Register in your harvest app for a single inbody scan so we can get a baseline for how much muscle/fat and water you have!
CrossFit KIDS!
Developmentally appropriate CrossFit for growing kids! Ages 3-5, 6-10, and 11-17! Instruction based on using child motivators to teach important fitness skills and deliver life-long health benefits. The ultimate focus is to instill fitness and exercise as an important value to be carried into adolescence and adulthood.
