I am so impressed with everyone who has great consistent attendance! What you're doing is stacking the days! You might not be able to see it yourself, but you're moving way better than when you first walked through our doors. You're using a lighter band every time for pull-ups! Squats are getting deeper! New skills are being learned! And it's all because of your hard work and discipline. If you're making this much improvement after just a couple weeks or a month of CrossFit, imagine how you'll move in a year!
