Week 3!

In addition to Protein, now we're going to dial in our carbs. We want you to multiply your protein needs by 1.3 to get your carbs in grams prescription. For your 5th point each day, you need to hit your carbs without going 5 grams over.   

Try to eat your carbs with your protein so your blood sugar is minimally affected. This will also help you feel satisfied longer.
