This morning, I'm on my way to Cambodia to work with our friend Dom at Fitness BTB in Battambang. I'll be helping coach his coaches and athletes, leading some CrossFit Kids sessions in rural communities, and seeing the sights! I'll be back to the Gym June 12. CrossFit Kids and teens will be postponed until I return, but I will post at-home wods for them in the blog.
