This has been a pretty hard week of training and it’s only Wednesday. A lot of you are run down or stressed out or anxious and it breaks my heart a little. I’m not going to feel sorry for you though.  You’re still in here working your tail off and you’re really tough. You shouldn’t feel sorry for yourself either. 

You can’t controll your job, work, family or the heat. You can only try to eat more, sleep more, pray or meditate more and smile more.
