Power Snatch or Power Clean Ladder

Coach will designate your movement Prescribed is an 95/65 Power Snatch Ladder.

Every Minute- Add 1 snatch or clean until you cannot finish in the minute.


Kipping and kipping pull up practice- Basically intentional horseplay.

If you need more direction- accumulate 40 kips with active shoulders or 20 un banded pull ups
