Whoops! I mean Friday! 

Remember to find out, before Monday, how much protein you're supposed to eat! If you don't know, ask a coach tomorrow! Keep on keepin on! One week down, 5 weeks to go! And think of how much better you feel already! Don't give in this weekend! TRUST. ME. I know it's hard. But what's gonna be better- waking up lean and mean (nice) on Monday morning, or eating that piece of strawberry pie that your thoughtful  spouse brought home and then feeling lousy 20 minutes later? I know some of you just said, "Pie!" but I promise, crushing the workout on Monday is gonna feel way better than that treat tastes.
