Accumulate 5 minutes in a plank, each time you break do 15 Air squats. Breaking means putting a knee down or any for of resting like hips sagging or raising up like a the roof of a house.
1. Get mom or dad to take you on a bike ride to a park or field.
2. Ride your bike as hard and as fast as you can in the grass for 5 whole minutes. The longer the grass the better, pavement, dirt or gravel doesn't count.
